New Balance has arrived at Momentum 8th. Founded in the early 1900’s as an arch support company, growing in the 70’s as shoe producers, New Balance now offers footwear from pure performance to smooth style. Check out our first arrival – NB 996.

Fucking Awesome is a label made through the collaborative efforts of LA photographer / director Mike Piscatelli and pro skateboarder / artist Jason Dill.  It’s been around sine 1999, but since they keep so busy, it is a side project.  This line is made by the pair to fill a void for Piscatelli and Dill creatively, while making goods for themselves and their friends with things they get a laugh out of.  Tees, hats a hoods available now at momentum 8th st location.

FauxAmi and The Skateboard Museum Stuttgart present: Made for Skate, a new book, which is an anthology of skateboard footwear – 400 pages of full colour.  In association with Nike SB, they also presented an exhibition of skateboard footwear containing 5 decades of memorable skateboarding footwear.  Take a look here http://www.madeforskate.com/book.html or stop into momentum and pick up a copy.

From France to your back. Sixpack originally started as a small store in in Avignon, France in ‘98 and has now grown into artistic streetwear label. Inspired by graffiti, music and any other form of art; Sixpack collaborates with a plethora of artists to bring a different flavor to the streetwear table.
