De La Soul has made a workout album with the good people at Nike.  It’s the latest installment in Nike’s Original Run series, which is aimed to get people moving.  The album is called Are You In? ( R U N – get it?) As a fan of De La Soul since their early days, I had to pass this along.  Available now on Itunes.
