Some of us at the shop (not me) have had the fortune (heheheheh) to visit Fortune Sound Club in Vancouver for a show or two in the past. 2011 was a big year for the Club as acts like Aloe Blacc, Casey Veggies, Odd Future, SBTRKT, and many, many others headlined. 2012 is shaping up to be just as good with Theophilus London performing on January 18th.

To kick off the New Years, we plan on having a featured shoe weekly from one of our stores. This week, we have the Hufnagel Pro in the black/grey colour way. Its design looks simplistic but has impressive little features worth mentioning. The upper is a “hairy” suede, providing a different texture than we are used to seeing/feeling. An almost unnoticed circle Huf logo is on the heel and its tread is a pattern of “H”. A great shoe for casual wear or skateboarding (yes, I said skateboarding… stay tuned for the new indoor skateboard facility-hyped!)
