I’ve been listening to Gilbere Forte since his first songs hit the blogs a little while back, and ever since I’ve happily downloaded any and all music of his. His first full length offering — 87 Dreams — came out not too long ago (you may remember it being posted here) and before that, the clothing brand Black Scale released a mixtape containing a few songs. My friends and even the Madbury Club say he is passionate at his craft and you can’t do anything but respect that. We’ve always been told to do what you love and love what you do and Gilbere Forte does just that.

His release party was held in Philly to a good turn out full of fans, friends and family. Wow that was a lot of F’s. Anyways, it looked like some fun went down that night. Watch this 12m video and hopefully you will appreciate people’s hard work even more.
