“He was my North, my South, my East and West …”

A Vino was born in Saskatoon in 2002. He left me tragically July 8, 2009 in Saskatoon Saskatchewan as he lay hopeless on the street beside me after colliding with a vehicle that was attempting to complete a left turn. A Vino lived a great life and was always in good hands. Either in its home in Edmonton or living in Saskatoon there was no shortage of TLC for this two tone brown beauty. A Vino will be lovingly remembered by his good close friends Ruckus (Moola) & Elite (Zelinski). He also leaves behind very close family and other friends that he’s impacted one way or another. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Momentum Clothing & Equipment (fromthefeetup.ca). Arrangements in care of Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI).

Other than a few lacerations and some major soft tissue damage I am very fortunate to walk away from this scooter accident. It could have been a lot worse! Although I wouldn’t hesitate to get back on another scooter any time soon, it’ll have to wait until I decide where I plan to plant my feet again. Always be aware of other drivers regardless of how good of a motorcyclist you think you are. Safe riding!
